What exactly are Signature Drinks? A Signature Drink is a unique or original drink that expresses the nature of the person or establishment creating it. Signature Drinks can be found in many restaurants & reflect the restaurant's style & uniqueness. However, we see many brides & grooms using this form of art to showcase & express who they are. Signature Drinks add a special touch to the wedding & create yet another experience for your guests. With some minor planning anyone can have a Signature Drink reflect who they are. Here are a few examples on what to think of when creating your special personalized drink.
Think of the Season: What season is your wedding? What are some of the things that you love about that season? For summer weddings, use what is available, such as watermelon, lemons, peaches. For Fall weddings use staples ingredients such as, apples, pears, cinnamon, pumpkin.
Think of Flavors: Think of what flavors you gravitate to. Are you more of a tart person, sour person? Do you prefer a taste that is more sweet that may include honey? Do you have more of a feisty personality where something a bit spicy will undoubtedly describe you? The possibilities are endless when it comes to flavors.
Think of Yourselves as a Couple: Was your first date a carnival & you can incorporate a cotton candy flavor. Did you meet in NY where an Apple drink will bring you back or in Cuba where a Mojito would be appropriate? Think of experiences as a couple or memories that you would like to share with your guests in the form of a Signature Drink.
Signature Drinks, although not necessary, definitely bring an extra element & experience that your guests will remember. You can have two, one representing each one of you or you can simply have one drink that represents both of you as a couple. Signature Drinks have definitely become a thing & I can say that creating them have definitely become a thing for me & passion of mine. So there you have it, get to thinking & start creating!
